Guangzhou China Part II

Morning earthlings!

Talking about the transportation during the journey, my family and I usually took a cab that pick-us-up at our home to the airport. It is easier as nobody will felt tired before the journey. Logically, people travel to other part of countries by airplane to save their time. Can you ever imagine that people go to Guangzhou by ship? Absolutely it is not a good choice cuz it will takes you two to three months to arrive :’D

Once your plane has landed (usually at Baiyun Airport), you can choose whether to go to the centre of Guangzhou city by tour bus, tour van, by train, taxi or to drive yourself there. It is a bonus if you can speak in Mandarin, Hokkien or Cantonese (my dad can hehe) because you can negotiate the ride fees easily as local people seem to have a habit of overcharging all foreigners.

During the trip, you can use taxi or metro railway to move from one place to another. Metro has been the highest choice from the local people apart from walking to the workplace. You may be a bit confused about the lanes you need to choose at first, but once you have discover how the metro works, its actually may help you to save a lot of time without the need to ask people around you anymore. Your communication skills also can be improved :P
