Hatyai Thailand

Assalamulaikum

 Welcome back !

For the past 8 entries I’ve been telling you where to go, the tips and the must do activities for local places, now let’s move to the international trip. I’ve chose to tell you guys about my trip to Hatyai Thailand.

Hatyai City from above

Hatyai is a city in southern Thailand near the Malaysian border. Since it was near to Malaysia, it has become an extremely popular tourist spot for Malaysians and Singaporeans on holiday.

Accommodation can be found very easily mid-week but hotels in the centre of town tend to get booked up for the weekends and Malaysian and Singaporean public holidays. You can find a lot of places to stay within your budget once you arrived at Hatyai city. Here are some list of hotels/motels you can choose from:

·         Asian Hotel
·         Grand Continental Hotel
·         Genting Hotel
·         Lee Garden Plaza Hotel
·         Golden Crown Plaza Hotel

Before you travel, check the economic currency of that particular country. It may changes every time or every day. Get the best currency from the money changer before you travel to avoid drama of insufficient amount of money during your trip. During my time, as we were from Northern part of Malaysia, my parent only bring RM800-RM1000 to support 5 people for one day one night and it is just enough.

You can check the current of Malaysia-Thailand currency via Google or thru the money converter:
